Steve, as a coach, has proven success in producing multi masters world champions, European and British masters cycling champions, youth and para-cycling national champions and medalists.
Steve was a British national elite track sprint champion, including several other British elite titles and multi elite medalist.
Steve still holds a British elite national record in two-track sprint distances.
Steve has represented GB at several world elite track championships and international Grand Prix’s.
Steve has won multi-masters world titles, European and British titles including the world masters sprint title in Los Angeles in 2018.
Steve currently works for the Great Britain Cycling Team as a Paracycling Development Coach.
Has worked for the UCI as Lead Para Coach at Aigle, Switzerland at the World Cycling Centre (2015-2019).
Steve is committed to delivering coaching of the very highest standard and to that end he has continued his education way beyond the minimum standards required.
This enables him to keep abreast of developments in cycling and also allow him to provide a truly holistic approach to health and fitness.
Steve's M.Sc. studies in Sports Nutrition at Ulster University is helping his athletes knowledge of nutrition for performance, training, recovery and general health.
